Welcome to UC Merced's School of Natural Sciences Graduate Programs!
Graduate Orientation Week (GROW) is a week-long event involving a number of workshops, programs and events. GROW is held at the beginning of each academic year to prepare incoming graduate students for their time at UC Merced.
GROW for the Fall 2023 semester will be from August 15th through August 18th, where students are expected to attend in-person trainings and online trainings via CatCourses. In anticipation of GROW, we send out email campaigns to provide information about life on-campus, requirements for Fall, and campus resources.

To register for GROW, click the GROW button to the left by July 28th to start your preparation as a UC Merced 
graduate student.
